Welcome to PepSupply. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website, including our case catalog and our 3D case customizer. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using our site.

2. Products: Made-to-Order Custom Cases

PepSupply sells 3D-printed storage cases for vials and small supplies. Each case is printed to order based on the configuration you build using our 3D case customizer. Printing begins only after you place and pay for your order.

By placing an order for a custom case, you acknowledge that:

• Your case is produced specifically to your configuration and cannot be resold to other customers
• Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and print-queue capacity
• 3D-printed parts may show minor variations in color, surface finish, and dimensions within normal tolerances
• The 3D preview is representative and your finished case may differ slightly
• Once printing begins, modifications or cancellations are not possible

3. Use of Our Website & 3D Case Customizer

Permitted Use

You may use our website and 3D case customizer for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use our site:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• To impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• To interfere with or disrupt our website or servers
• To attempt unauthorized access to our systems or customizer data
• To engage in any form of automated data collection or scraping

Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Any case configurations you save are stored in your account for your convenience. We are not responsible for loss of saved configurations.

4. Products and Pricing

Product Information

We make every effort to display our products and their attributes as accurately as possible, including the options in the 3D case customizer. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on our site are accurate, complete, or error-free. 3D-printed cases may show visible layer lines and slight variations in color between filament batches; these characteristics are inherent to the manufacturing process and are not defects.

Pricing

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD). Prices, including any real-time pricing shown in the case customizer, may change without notice. The price you pay is locked in at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error on our website or in the case customizer, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and notify you of the cancellation with a full refund.

Availability

While we strive to keep all customizer options available, certain materials, colors, or options may occasionally become unavailable. If a case option you selected becomes unavailable after you place an order but before printing begins, we will contact you to select an alternative or offer a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to material availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or technical feasibility of a case configuration.

Payment

Full payment in US dollars (USD) is required at the time of purchase for all orders. We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that all information is accurate and complete.

Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed. The confirmation includes your configuration details and an estimated production timeline; printing typically begins within 2-3 business days, after which cancellations are no longer possible.

6. Shipping and Delivery

PepSupply ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery options vary based on your destination and the contents of your order. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from date of shipment, not order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order promptly upon arrival and report any damage, defects, or incorrect items as described in our Returns policy.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Custom 3D-printed cases are made to order and are generally non-refundable. You may cancel a custom case within 48 hours of order placement for a full refund if printing has not begun.

We accept returns and provide a replacement, reprint, or refund for defects, damage in transit, incorrect items, or a case that does not match your configuration (our error).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including the 3D case customizer, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, 3D models, and software, is the property of PepSupply LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or sell any content from our website or the 3D case customizer without our express written permission.

The PepSupply name, logo, and all related product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of PepSupply LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Case configurations you create using the customizer are for ordering your own custom cases and may not be reproduced or manufactured for commercial purposes without our written permission. You are responsible for ensuring any logo or artwork you upload does not infringe third-party rights.

9. User Content & Configurations

If you submit content to our website (including reviews, comments, photos of your custom case, uploaded logos or artwork, or saved configurations), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PepSupply LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website, the 3D case customizer, or our products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays in shipment, production, or delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supply shortages, print-queue capacity, or force majeure events.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, the 3D case customizer, and our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our website or the case customizer will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy of 3D customizer renderings or that the finished case will exactly match the digital preview.
